This week Stacey recounts the horrendous crimes committed by Marc Sappington of Kansas City, Kansas. In April of 2001 Marc went on a killing spree murdering four of his own friends and attempting to drink their blood. His unthinkable acts earned him the nickname the Kansas City Vampire.
